Returns
With our return policy we try to take care of our customers, If something went wrong with the product we will try to help you fix it, or get you another one that works.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, or if you receive as a gift please let us know which person gave it to you so we can check our system to make sure that person is our system.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund once we receive it and it falls under our terms for refunding.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account or credit card company or any other means you paid check with that company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We apologize but you have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary so please be patient.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
